I think apac n propnex are most affected if sales slow down. Most of the developers are diversified geographically, including Oxley, which many suspect to be the worst. Also, many are exposed to non residential markets like Fraser, Capland etc. Bukit is 100% Singapore market but its sitting on a huge surplus in its 2 Orchard vicinity projects which have lots of meat to burn. It's landed developments also have out of this world margins due to their low land cost. Just check out its latest quarterly results to be awed by its huge profit margin.
