I have been looking in Suntec REIT. Great office property, but the shopping Malls like not doing well leh. May I know what motivate you to invest it in the first place. Pretty thanks. XD
Interesting thought, thanks for sharing. I was actually aiming at certain reits that have been lao-saing for awhile now. I also plan to TP for my CMT soon if it doesn't want to drop back to below 2 or if it drops back below 2 I am actually looking to add more into CMT.
