Such loan arrangements fall under IPT/RPT transactions. Not being disclosed and obtained shareholders mandate for it.

If disclosed, shareholders would have questioned the existence/cash/need for GCEO to provide loans to a big company. This demand letter only serve to prove this Chew guy played a big part in hiding the state of the company.
