Reply to @layers : I only took a cursory look at the latest annual report and Q2 results. My gut feel is that they have put things in place which should benefit them in years to come.
I am comfortable with the current price which might drop further if DPU continues to drop in the next few quarters.
Just bought a small stake to heighten my awareness of the counter.
