But if you are not aware, there are people trying to short this every single day, by the amount of 800 shares to 1300 shares, well I have to say they have succeeded in bringing the price down close to 20%, just using small quantity of shares? And I think they do borrow small amt of shares to short as mine was loaned out once in a span of few days. With the costs of borrowing so low, why not? Someone might just sell bigger lots to them if cannot tahan? Well I could be wrong, but looking at one of the top 20 SHH, smart money still buying. As for the lower dividend last year, management said in AGM is because of a new Chinese business restriction (not sure if it's related to tax issue) have to keep profit in China for a year before distributed as dividend. So this year they should increase back to "normal payout" if I didn't hear wrongly. Company won't be too concern with the share price by the way they let it depreciate, why not? So they can buy back cheap from Minority SHH? Pay 60c for $2.60? Anyone?
Reply to @hotshot1988 : No dividend declared for Q4 although cash increased from 60.5M to 94M. Unless they are planning for some acquisition, I don't see why they shouldn't give out more dividend with operating cashflow of 50M. Anyways, will continue to buy on weakness.
