Personally I've missed a significant number of boats due to setting too low (and unrealistic) an entry level.

From what I notice, you have a very strong "gut feel" of what makes a good entry point for stocks, but at the same time you don't seem to use TA to determine your entry.

If it isn't a trade secret, would it be possible to share how do you determine what is a good entry range for a stock?

Reply to @MasterLeong : using other company PE might not be accurate though. different industry have different outlook eg f&b PE substitute into transport.
Also nature of business differs too. capital intensive? highly geared? country of ops ?which affect tax rates. this affects the net profit/eps/PE.

That is true. If I like the stock so much, i would grab some first. And then wait for lower price. :)
