I think giving fat dividends is one thing, future prospect is another. I feel their construction projects this year is a bit uncertain. Bridge collapse report has not been out yet. Not sure any imposed penalty in the future. However, I feel good the company diversify into property market.
OKP is largely involved in government work and usually win tender with lower margins. New regulations by BCA now prioritize quality over price, not sure how it will affect OKP.
Also they still have the viaduct incident casting dark clouds over them. Pls dyodd

Big unknown on the outcome of the investigation. Otherwise the share price wont be so low. some risk still.
