Hi, I would like to learn how to compute your DCF value for QAF using EPS and OCF (1Q17 Mar2017 financials). Wld appreciate it very much if you could teach me your method. Thanks very much.;
Reply to @swaninvestor : I am not an expert on this. DCF can be calculated based on EPS or Cashflow.
You may need to work out CAGR, FV (future value - Final year Cash flow /EPS), PV (Present Value - First Year Cash flow) , DF( Discount Factor ,4%, 8% etc), DV (Discount value) .
you can easily Google to look for DCF spreadsheet to compute these figure.
Sold all at 1.33 - 4% profit for 20 days. Keep in pocket first. Good ride.
Reply to @Laksa : SPH and M1 - Many negative news on them, make sure u can tahan the "noise" else you might not be able to sleep well at night.
CDG ..... nope for now.
sold some and still hold on to some.....
Reply to @ritchieloh1 : Of course. FD there is no risk . Kind if guarantee .. Qaf yield is 3.7%. Not bad also
