Anyways, am concern over the sustainability of Netlink trust's dividend payout
I did a calculation of netlink's cashflow particularly for year 2018, there is a negative cash balance after netting off capital expenditure of 249,896,000
Further look into the notes
It says that capital expenditure will partially be funded by bank loans
While projection for distribution will be 113.3mil and 179.4mil for 2018 and 2019
Was wondering what's your thoughts on dividend payout for 2018 and 2019 ?
The listing of No Sign Board may have a rub on effect on JUMBO!
Easier to buy JUMBO share then trying for the No Sign Board IPO!!!
