For LTC Corporation, I feel that their 4 freehold LTC buildings next to Macpherson MRT has a lot of potential value to be unlocked or redeveloped.
Macpherson is after all an interchange MRT for Circle and Downtown line, and only one MRT stop away from the up-and-coming Paya Lebar Central cluster.
Currently not vested though.
