For some reasons, the acquisition comes as a surprise to many, and it doesn't seem that simple at all ... very similar to ISR's 1 billion Madagascar deal last year, and it turned out to be only worth approximately 60 Mil in its preliminary stage. What I mean to suggest, is this announcement is out of nowhere. Anyone expected it? hahaha
