Hi, I’m looking at QAF too. May I know how did you derive the pro forma earnings of $0.166?

Their earnings per share, excluding one off gains has been around $0.08 - $0.10 for the past few years, and if Rivelea is de-consolidated, should the EPS decrease? Thanks!

I will look to enter if QAF goes closer to $1. They are still expanding their bakeries’ capacity. And I agree with you, that it’s better for them to divest Rivalea, as it’s earnings has been volatile.

I thought Rivalea will still be consolidated as QAF will retain control?
