One curios point, earlier this morning AMA did released a notes on Tawana Completes Earn in to Bald Hill, but the company also did mentioned the announcement has not been examined or approved by the SGX?..
Look like quite difficult to clear above $0.4 level and reach $0.5 by today ?....

今天早上, Tawana 与 Alliance Mineral 先后公布, TAWANA 已经提前完成了预定的条件—–投资 12.5 M 澳元在不毛山锂钽项目, 从而赢得了包括钽矿权益, 基础设施权益, 设备权益, 采矿执照权益 等等在内的 50%.
从今天起, 两家公司各占全部权益的 50%. 这是一个里程碑式的进步.
一方面为开采富钽区铺平了道路.
另一方面也为两家公司的合并, 扫清了障碍.
公司合并可以提高决策效率, 降低管理成本, 并提高整体实力, 实现一加一大于二, 前面澳州 cattlin 山 锂矿合并后, galaxy RESOURCES 价格半年翻倍有余, 就是一个很好的例子.
然而, 两家的合并, 只是第一步. 真正的大招是不毛山四方聚首.
目前四家分别是 澳洲的 tawana, 新加坡的 alliance mineral， 香港的宝威， 中国的江特。
他们已经分别亮相, 并分头修改了供货参股协议.
从协议内容看, 四方已经协调好了, 四方合并成立一个跨国锂钽总公司, 应当为期不远了.

1. 供货量提高 40%
2. 预付款抵扣同步降低, 从 20% 降到 15%
3. 实现募集款项一致
4. 募集款结构同质, 都是参股加桥贷, 并且桥贷的利率完全相同
所以迹象都表明, 四家将成为一家人.
最终成立的总公司, 很可能只在香港上市.
新加坡又将失去一个最有前途的公司, 为他难过一分钟.
一起猜一猜, 最终的总公司会叫什么名字?
