I have shares in a company which is asking me to subscribe to their Rights shares. If I intend to sell all my current shares soon should I still subscribe to the Rights or skip it and let it gets diluted?

Reply to @userguy : Yes, I agree with BULLytheBEAR. If you no longer have faith in the company, then no point in subscribing to their rights shares. And also just sell the existing shares you have to exit this investment completely if you really have no faith in it anymore. It just boils down to only a simple question of whether you have faith to continue with or no faith to continue with the company to decide course of action.

Guys, I asked my broker. He said that u will get fractional allotments of rights, but rounded down. Let's say u have 900 shares. U will get 900/1000 x 166 = 149.4. Will u yet 149 or 150 or 0? U will get 149 because it's fractionally and proportionally allocated to u, and it's 149 and not 150 because u get rounded down, not u.

Reply to @BULLytheBEAR : Yes. Agree with u that this can work too! :)
