Quite a drop today in price. . .continuing the decline started after EGM. I am suspecting that many are not looking at rights in a good light. This is the cost of owning an REIT . . . your collect dividends for awhile and then comes the right issue. Then, you plough back more money into this REIT. Of course, if you have the funds why not ? But for those who do not have, i guess it is best to divest first.
