I still believe that the taxi business is separate of its own from private hire business no doubt it's entrance has afffected CDG profit. People will always fall back to what is familiar to them.
Reply to @seejjl : Dunno leh. I see myself using grab n uber nowadays even without promo code. Sometimes I realise me and my wife forgotten about taxis. I guess this is the change in mindset that grab and uber are trying to make. Anyways I'm vested in comfort I hope they do well too. Chill bro.
My guess is Shortists covering positions that drive up the price. After 1st day realizing there is minimal impact, the shortists may short back again...
