why not find one witn b c and d? I dun think it's wise to stick to just 1 criteria

can you share more on point d .why buying a reit with lower price to nta is not good.
Reply to @money3 : to cut the long story short. there are reasons why certain REITs are under value. So buying an undervalue REITs may not be a full proof strategy.
