I watched this over the weekend. It's 20+ mins but it's really worth to watch.
I like how Ray is very humble cause he wasn't from a rich family, and also built Bridgewater to be the largest hedge fund in the world.
I've also been reading his book: Principles. The skills and experiences he acquired through investing, starting his own company and managing it, is being translated into very good life lessons.
He's definitely a role model.
