My understanding is that Synagie isn't a marketplace like Lazada, it is more like an integrated system that allows the seller to sell their products on multi e-marketplaces which some of the startups are already offering such services (https://www.sellinall.com).
The only catalyst is that they tried to partner with other brands to sell their products via their platform and they are racing with times before they experienced cashflow problem.

Their partner keep increasing recently especially in china and Malaysia .
