Reply to @insp_k : There are different opinions in regard to paper loss. To me if you are holding to market traded Bank Preference shares where they will return full value to you long term, paper loss may make sense. However if we are holding share like Midas, paper loss term is self delusionary.

Maybe Starhub is too ex. I would avoid both. Only Singtel i feel better but a smaller stake
hopefully some company come and buy up this cheap company. how about TPG buy it, and skip all the infrastructure work
