As far as I know, today's announcement is for the positive exploration drilling done by company itself. Shortly, it will engage an independent valuer to issue a JORC report. Once that happens and the report shows XX amounts of reserves etc, valuation of the mine (and thus Alliance the company) can be upped immediately...and then the company starts the mining, and then new offtake agreements, processing of ore etc etc.....

Reply to @Sweeswee : I like the way on how you promote interests in mining but remember if you invest in mining companies u need to have the Grit mentality.
If I am not wrong, usually after exploration phase u need to wait 1 or more years for development phase before you can start mining.
