"Bull markets are born on pessimism" ;)

Reply to @HomeMaker : From what I have been reading and researching, I think there are ample investment opportunities in the oil refining, commodities and shipping industries. There should be large influx of infrastructure spending to come online as well. Not sure if a foreign currency like AUD can be indicator for bullish commodities signal since Australia is kinda a heavy commodity export country?

No idea about the financial industry as well, but WB recently loaded more bank and energy stocks. Should be a subtle hint?

As for tech stocks, I'm not bullish since they already ran so much since 10 years ago.

I think eventually, it still boils down to the trade war outcome bah. I got a feeling a lot of investment projects are waiting for the "green light" before proceeding. That's why if the trade war does resolve itself, we might see a foresee-able super bull market when everything goes as planned.

As usual, dyodd. I'm just sharing my thoughts based on what I've been reading about stuff that are not verbosely reported in mainstream media.

Dow too big to fail now. Whole world will have to keep feeding it. Just like whole world lending money to US so it has money to spend. US will nvr stop exploiting other countries.
