Reply to @Taztay : Both badly beaten down to very attractive valuations due to the tax regulations fear, . KKreit especially double whammy, tax issue plus rights issue. At current price of 64c, it's trading at 17% discount to book with a very sweet 9.4% yield & an undemanding 35% gearing.
