Ya Lor. PWC report should be professional at that time. Should not have different result now. There should not be different result between appointed by client Noble themselves to check ownself or appointed by other clients to check Noble.

Quote from ST: In a joint statement, the authorities said that the group's wholly owned subsidiary, Noble Resources International (NRI), is also under investigation for potential non-compliance with accounting standards under the Companies Act.

However, didn’t PWC, appointed by Noble to conduct an independent reviewinto the accounting practices of its subsidiaries in 2015, gave the group the all-clear i.e. it has complied with the relevant standards? See report below.

In the same report, it was reported that Mr Richard Elman, chairman of the board at Noble Group, said: "I am delighted that we have received a strong validation of our processes and controls and shareholders can now be assured, as we have always known, that our balance sheet fairly reflects the value of our long term contracts.

So who is the biggest liar? PWC report is not factually correct? Noble has wasted money conducting such a review?
