Thanks for your updates. Your decision to liquidate all Ellipsiz surprised me a bit. While I was a bit sceptical on their new biz direction, you gave me the impression that Kalm biz is promising and even worked out the costs of vending machines, etc. It seems like you are also not keen on their upcoming dividend too. Anyway,I am still of the view they should just paid out their huge cash pile as dividends rather than dabbing in some new biz ventures.

Reply to @mslee888 : Maybe I should emphasized that I do see potential in Kalms. Kalms wasn't that negative - it was more of the reply from IR as well as the annual report being so directionless that drove me to sell all.

If I waited for the dividend, I will probably have to hold on to it longer after XD.

I maybe wrong anyway too.

the Lum has basically cut Ellipsiz into pieces and sell them off. The subsequent acquisition by shell company left behind seems to have no potential for growth.... so why they bought it? maybe just for you scratch my back and I scratch yours, with no benefits to the shareholders....

Reply to @YNWA : Rather than cutting it and selling in pieces, I believe they will use it as an investment engine. But I am not interested in that especially if their first investment is Kalms.
