[Will 2025 be the year of REIT-turns or REIT-grets?]
After S-REITs revisited the lows of July back in December 2024, we believe it represented yet another buying opportunity. We added another tranche of position back then by taking some profits from the US markets.
So are REITs investors just getting lucky at the start of this new year or could this be the beginning of something big? 😄

Nice wordplay!
With many big and small reits beaten down, if one intend to attempt bottom fishing, is it better to cherry pick individual reits for scooping or just buy one of the reit etf?
Any seasoned reit investors willing to share some thoughts?
Reply to @Tungsten : Small capital investors can consider REIT ETF as minimum lot size is 1. Also good for those who don't wish to study companies' financials or bother with any potential equity fund raising activity which may require them to invest in more money.
