Mermaid Maritime PCL is a Thailand-based subsea and offshore drilling services company. The Company offers sub-sea engineering and inspection by divers and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) systems and ownership and operations of a fleet of offshore service vessels and tender drilling rigs. The Company has three business segments: Subsea group, Drilling group and Holding. The Company offers subsea services through a fleet, which includes Mermaid Endurer, Mermaid Asiana, Mermaid Commander, Mermaid Sapphire, Mermaid Challenger, Barakuda, Endeavour (Chartered-In), Resolution (Chartered-In), Mubarak Supporter (Chartered-In), Bourbon Evolution 806 (Chartered-In) and Windermere (Chartered-In). It offers drilling and accommodation barge services through a fleet, which includes MTR-1, MTR-2, and AOD I & AOD II & AOD III. The Company has operations in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
