CapitaLand Commercial Trust is a Singapore-based commercial real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust focuses on owning and investing in commercial real estate and real estate-related assets. It invests in office buildings, and car park and other buildings. The Trust's properties have total net lettable area of approximately 363,930 square meters. Its portfolio comprises 10 commercial properties in Singapore, including Capital Tower, Six Battery Road, One George Street, CapitaGreen, HSBC Building and Twenty Anson office buildings; Raffles City Singapore, an integrated development that comprises retail, hotel, convention center; Wilkie Edge, an integrated development with office and ancillary retail units; Bugis Village, which includes shop houses for office and retail use, and Golden Shoe Car Park, a car parking facility with over 1,000 lots.
