Frasers Hospitality Trust (FHT) is a hotel and serviced residence trust. The Company focuses on investing globally (except Thailand) on a long-term basis, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate and real estate-related assets used primarily for hospitality purposes. Its segments include Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Japan, UK and Germany. The Company's portfolio includes 15 properties: nine hotels and six serviced residences. Its portfolio includes over 3,910 rooms. Its properties are located across Asia, Australia and Europe in prime locations of cities, such as Melbourne, Sydney, Singapore, Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Kobe, Kuala Lumpur and Dresden. FHT consists of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT) and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT).
