Sundance Resources Limited is an Australia-based iron ore company. The Company's principal activities include evaluation and de-risking of its Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project in the Republic of Cameroon and the Republic of Congo. The Company holds interests in subsidiaries Cam Iron SA (Cam Iron) and Congo Iron SA (Congo Iron) whose principal asset is the Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project. The Company's Mbalam-Nabeba Iron Ore Project consists of Exploration Permit 92 (EP92) held by Cam Iron located in the East Province of Cameroon (Mbarga), and Mining Permit Nabeba-Baamegod held by Congo Iron in the Sangha Province of the Congo (Nabeba). The Project involves the construction of a 510 kilometers rail line for the transport of iron ore through Cameroon and 70 kilometers rail spur line connecting the Nabeba mines in Congo. The Company's subsidiaries include Sundance Minerals Pty Ltd, Sundance Exploration Pty Ltd and Sundance Mining Pty Ltd, among others.
