Marindi Metals Limited, formerly Brumby Resources Limited, is engaged in the exploration of minerals. The Company is involved in the exploration and potential development projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. It has approximately 1,000 square kilometers of tenure at the Newman Zinc Project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, which includes the Prairie Downs base metal deposit and the Wolf prospect. The Wolf prospect is located around two kilometers north-west along strike from the Prairie Downs deposit. The base metal mineralization at the Newman Zinc Project is hosted within the Prairie Downs Fault Zone (PDFZ), a north-west trending fault zone that hosts the Prairie Downs zinc-lead deposit containing a combined inferred and indicated resource of around three million tons at 5% zinc, 1.6% lead and 15 grams/ton silver. The Titan prospect is a co-incident gravity and aeromagnetic anomaly located on the PDFZ.
