King River Copper Limited (King River) is an Australia-based company engaged in copper/gold mineralization to be located within the Speewah Dome. The Company has established a portfolio of owned tenements covering approximately 780 square kilometers in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia (Tenements). It is engaged in the exploration and development of the Tenements in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The Company's tenements contain undeveloped titanium/vanadium in magnetite deposits with combined measured, indicated and inferred resources totaling approximately five billion tons in three deposits, which include the Central, Red Hill and Buckman deposits. Its tenements are located approximately 110 kilometers southwest of Kununurra and approximately 100 kilometers south of the port of Wyndham in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Its subsidiary includes Speewah Mining Pty Ltd.
