Blue Sky Alternatives Access Fund Limited is an Australia-based investment company. The Company invests in a range of alternative assets, including real assets, private real estate, private equity and venture capital, and hedge funds. The Company allows investors to make a strategic allocation to a portfolio of directly managed alternative assets. The primary objectives of the Company are to deliver long term absolute returns to shareholders, consisting of both capital appreciation and a dividend yield (franked to either 100% or the maximum extent possible); to provide investors with access to a diverse range of alternative assets; and to provide investors with the ability to invest in alternative assets through an Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) listed structure that is more readily accessible and liquid than is typical for many alternative assets. BSAAF Management Pty Limited (the Manager) is the investment manager of the Company.
